Terms and Conditions
This is the player agreement between Ozwin Casino ("Ozwin", "we", "our") and you (the "Player"). It governs the use of the website, the casino account and every transaction conducted through them. 1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally permitted to gamble under the laws of your jurisdiction, and not a resident of any country where the use of an offshore casino is prohibited. By proceeding past registration, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Licensing
Ozwin Casino operates under a Master Gaming Licence issued by the Curacao Gaming Control Board. 3. Account Registration and KYC
One account per individual, household, IP address or payment method. The Player must register using accurate personal details and complete identity verification before withdrawing funds. 4. Deposits
Deposits may be made through the methods published on the Banking page. The Player is solely responsible for any third-party fees applied by their bank, card issuer or wallet provider. Deposits made from a payment method not registered to the Player will be reversed at the Player's cost.
The minimum and maximum deposit values per method are published on the Banking page and may be updated from time to time. Where currency conversion applies (crypto deposits), the rate at the moment of deposit is binding.

5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are paid via PayID, bank transfer or the same crypto network used for deposit, subject to the limits published on the Banking page. The default weekly withdrawal cap across all methods is A$10,000. VIP-tier overrides may be granted in writing by the operations team.
All withdrawals undergo a pending review prior to release. The review window is up to 24 hours during business days for fiat methods and up to 24 hours for crypto, in addition to the bank-side or network-side settlement time.
The Player must withdraw to a payment method that matches the depositing method where possible. Where this is not possible (Neosurf, certain card products), Ozwin will direct the withdrawal to the Player's verified Australian bank account.

6. Bonuses
Bonus offers are governed by the specific terms of each promotion as published on the Promotions page, which form part of this Agreement. Common terms include:

Wagering requirements ranging from 25x to 60x the bonus or the deposit-plus-bonus amount.

7. Game Outcomes and RNG
All game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators. Ozwin does not influence, alter or override individual outcomes. Disputed outcomes are settled by reference to game-server logs. Where a malfunction is identified - software error, network corruption, duplicated transaction - the affected outcomes are voided and stakes returned.

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited and may result in account suspension, bonus and winning forfeiture, or referral to law enforcement:
Use of a false identity, third-party documents or stolen payment methods.

Collusion with other Players or with Ozwin staff.
Use of automated software, bots or game-emulating tools.
Money laundering, structuring or other AML/CTF breaches.
Threats, harassment or abusive language directed at staff.
9. Inactive Accounts
An account with no login, deposit, wager or withdrawal activity for 12 consecutive months is deemed inactive. We will attempt to contact the Player and, if no response is received within 30 days, the balance is preserved and held subject to applicable laws. We do not deduct dormancy fees.

10. Account Closure
You may close your account at any time via the dashboard or by writing to support. Any cashable balance at the time of closure is paid out within 5 business days using a verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC and AML/CTF clearance. 11. Privacy

14. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ozwin's aggregate liability to a Player in connection with this Agreement is limited to the lesser of (a) the cashable balance held in the Player's account at the time of the relevant event, and (b) A$10,000. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
15. Variation
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are notified by email and by an in-product banner not less than 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the account after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Curacao. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer under Australian law.
